Finnish competition authority clears DAT takeover of NoRRA

The Finnish competition authority (Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto – KKV) has cleared the sale of a 60% stake in a regional carrier NoRRA Nordic Regional Airlines by Finnair to Denmark’s DAT – Danish Air Transport, Air Transport World has reported.

“We received competition office approval in early October, so that is fully completed,” CFO and interim CEO Pekka Vähähyyppä said.

Finnair will continue to own the remaining 40% of NoRRA.
