One major problem faced by any company in the event of a major incident is that of resources needed at the scene and other locations to deal with survivors and their families. Those resources may be people or equipment.

Larger companies are usually able to absorb the diversion of some of their valuable personnel resources to deal with an incident and still keep operational, although it is difficult. For the smaller companies though, it is not usually possible to do both and Blake Emergency Services continue to train specialists and Team Members to take on additional tasks that will relieve our Clients of that pressure, and place experienced personnel in key areas.
