Larger companies are usually able to absorb the diversion of some of their valuable personnel resources to deal with an incident and still keep operational, although it is difficult. For the smaller companies though, it is not possible to do both and for the last 4 years Blake Emergency Services have been recruiting and training specialists to take on additional tasks that will relieve our clients of that pressure, and place experienced personnel in key areas.
