Blake Emergency Services has established a separate company (Blake Emergency Centre Ltd) which in conjunction with International SOS , set up and run our Public Information Centre (PIC) that is available to our Clients following a major incident, as a dedicated telephone number for members of the public to call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The facility is staffed by professional call centre personnel, all of whom have had counselling training.  In their full-time occupation they deal with travellers who have medical or other emergencies while abroad.  The call centre is in a dedicated stand alone building that will be fully operational within one hour of it’s activation; the staff are multi-lingual with access to 3 way translation facilities if there is sufficient demand.

This facility known as the Blake PIC will operate in the name of the Client and will deal with the public and National Authorities, gather and disseminate information, arrange travel and other support on behalf of the Client.
