Annual training with international team members ensures best-in-class service standards worldwide

This April, we hosted our first annual in-person Blake Team training event in the UK since the pandemic. Although our team training has continued virtually throughout the pandemic, we were able to bring team members from 15 countries together again in the UK.

Our virtual training sessions cover various topics that our team members need to be knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in to provide our partners and clients with the best-in-class service.

This year, our extended training team put together an in-depth, hands-on program focused on personal belongings that ensures the undertaking of this important aspect of sensitive, respectful, and professional management. Along with the practical skills the attendees have enhanced, we are now even more prepared to speak with knowledge about what is involved in this aspect of a response when speaking with family members.

This training is also delivered to other team members across the globe throughout the year.
