Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
Regardless of where you are in your Resilience journey it is critical to have a robust, deliverable, effective and current Emergency Response Plan in place. In the event of an emergency requiring you to respond, you will need coordinated systems and procedures in place that can be accessed and implemented in minutes.
Our team of experts work with you to establish the relevant documentation. We start this process by gaining an understanding of your organisation including the structure, resources, capacity and capabilities.
Whether you need your first corporate level Emergency Response Plan, a location or Station Emergency Response Plan (SERP), a revamp of your existing plan, or are preparing for an external audit (including IOSA), we can assist you.
Ideally each location where you have a team working, such as at an airport or local office, should have its own SERP which tells staff at the location what they are going to do in an emergency.
The SERPs then all align with the overarching ERP that manages the overall coordination of the emergency and provides guidance to the team at your Head Office about what needs to happen and when.
